About Me

Elitnisa'sProfilePortfolio-CV-14.png

With over four years in Service Design, specializing in healthcare, community design, aging, and digital transformation, my focus is on bridging gaps between communities and fostering global connections through empathetic, accessible, and inclusive solutions. My work, aimed at creating positive societal and environmental impacts, has spanned from hands-on service design and research within communities to crafting healthcare services. Notable in my career is the healthy aging project, where I facilitated co-design with over 50 stakeholders across various industries to address the needs of the aging population. This led to the creation of an innovation hub, blending community design with venture building and open innovation. Additionally, I contributed to understanding and meeting the public health needs of patients with chronic illnesses, impacting over 150 million people annually. Our service design improved their access to healthcare systems and was instrumental in the development of digital healthcare tools for future services.

My approach integrates Service Design methodologies with a keen focus on ethnographic research, cultural analysis, and behavioral observation, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors. This proficiency, coupled with my skills in research, visualization, and prototyping, is informed by a comprehensive levels of human experiences and social dynamics. In agile environments, my commitment to enhancing team dynamics and fostering community engagement is driven by human-centered design principles.

Currently, I channel my professional creativity and growth into my role as a service design professional and researcher in the public sector, focusing on climate change and energy management at the intersection of various fields such as technology and innovation, public health and agriculture.
